# Draft replies to candidate emails from your recruiting FAQ

When a job candidate emails your recruiting address with a question about the process, benefits, interview format or timeline, a reply is drafted from the recruiting FAQ documents you upload. A recruiter approves the draft before it is sent to the candidate; nothing is sent if they decline or don't answer within a day. Questions the FAQ does not cover are left for the recruiter to answer.

**Use cases:** HR and recruiting
