# Check a loan application for missing documents

Upload the documents an applicant sent (PDFs or photos) and see which items on your required-documents list are present and which are missing, with key figures such as stated income and requested amount and any figures that disagree between documents. A loan officer then records whether the file is complete or needs more documents; the choice is recorded in the run and nothing is sent to the applicant. It does not assess creditworthiness or make a lending decision.
