Subscription Terms

Effective October 10, 2026

1. Subscription and Billing

You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for your selected plan of Seclai. Pricing for each plan is displayed on our pricing page. Billing occurs on the same day each month from your initial subscription date.

2. Payment Method

You must provide a valid payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.

3. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

4. Renewals

Your subscription automatically renews each month at your current plan rate unless you cancel before the next billing date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you will lose access to all stored data in Seclai. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of subscription end. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before your subscription ends.

7. Fee Changes

We may change subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

8. Late Payment

Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will attempt to notify you and re-process payment before suspending access.

9. Taxes

Fees exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes.

10. Free Trials

Free trials are limited to one per person. Different people in the same organization may each start their own free trial. We may ask for a payment method to verify your account before a trial starts, and a payment card can verify only one account. A free trial is not charged, and does not become a paid subscription, unless you choose a paid plan. A free trial obtained by creating or using more than one account may be ended, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
