1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Seclai’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Seclai provides AI-powered content intelligence services that automatically monitor websites and RSS feeds, making content accessible through intelligent chatbots and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Our services include:

• Automated content monitoring and extraction
• Audio and video transcription services
• Semantic search and content indexing
• Knowledge base interfaces for content interaction
• MCP server endpoints for external integrations

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the right to monitor and access content from sources they add
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Using the service in accordance with the Prohibited Uses section of these terms
• Respecting intellectual property rights of content creators

4. Content and Data

Seclai processes and stores content from sources you specify. You retain ownership of your data and content. We use this content solely to provide our services to you. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Content Monitoring and Governance

To maintain the safety and integrity of our platform, Seclai records, monitors, and scans AI-related content (including inputs and outputs) processed by AI language models through our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• All AI assistant conversations and input
• All agent execution input and step outputs
• All content source data processed through our pipelines
• All test and experimentation input (model playground, step testing, policy testing, and evaluation testing)

This content is automatically scanned for malicious, harmful, or policy-violating material using our content governance system. Based on the results of these scans, input or output may be flagged for review or blocked from processing entirely. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this monitoring and scanning activity.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, Seclai makes no guarantees about service uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Subscription, Free Trials, and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Free trials are limited to one per person. You may not create or use more than one account, or have anyone do so on your behalf, to obtain additional free trials or trial credits. Different people in the same organization may each start their own free trial. We may require a payment method to verify an account before a trial starts, and a payment card can verify only one account. We may refuse or end a free trial, or remove unused trial credits, where we reasonably believe this limit is being circumvented.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You also may not:

• Create or use more than one account to obtain additional free trials or credits, or to get around a suspension or closure
• Create accounts by automated means, or with false or misleading identity information
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent trial, credit, rate, or other usage limits
• Resell, share, or provide third parties with access to the service or the AI models available through it, except as your plan permits

10. Limitation of Liability

Seclai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Where we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, or a prohibited use, we may also suspend or close any other accounts we reasonably believe are operated by the same person. Unused free trial credits on a closed account are forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seclai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
