Draft an agreement from your contract templates

Describe the deal (parties, scope, price, term and anything unusual) and a first draft is assembled from the contract templates and approved clauses you upload. Anything the terms don't settle is marked [TO CONFIRM] instead of filled in, and a list of deviations from your templates is added. A legal reviewer then records whether it is ready after edits or needs redrafting; the choice is recorded in the run and nothing is sent. It is a draft for a lawyer to check, not legal advice.
