What plans are available?
We offer several plans to suit different needs: Free Starter plan with basic features, Professional plans with more credits and advanced features, and Enterprise plans for larger organizations. You can also get invited as a Viewer to access knowledge bases shared by others.

How do I add a new source?
To add a new source, go to your account and click 'Add Source'. Choose the type of source you want to connect (website, RSS feed, document, etc.), provide the necessary details like URL or upload your files, and our system will begin processing the content.

Processing time varies depending on the size and type of content. Simple text documents typically process within minutes, while large websites or complex documents may take longer. You'll receive notifications when processing is complete.

Dynamic sources like RSS feeds and websites are checked for updates regularly based on your plan. You can also manually trigger updates at any time. Static sources like uploaded documents remain unchanged unless you upload new versions.
