Insurance claim intake that asks for missing documents
Claimants email their claim and supporting files to an address you give them. The email and attachments are checked against your list of required items. If something is missing, the claimant gets a reply listing what is missing. Each email is checked on its own, so the reply asks the claimant to send the whole claim again in one email, with every document, including the missing ones. If everything is there, the claim details are posted to your claims system's webhook for a handler. It checks that items are present, not whether a claim is valid or covered.
